Verification notice

A Verified badge means a Rooted administrator reviewed documents the business provided about its ownership. It is not a guarantee of ownership, licensing, quality or service, and it is not an endorsement. We may remove a badge if information turns out to be inaccurate.

No endorsement

Being listed, verified, featured, spotlighted or recommended on Rooted does not mean we endorse or vouch for a business, creator or book. Any purchase or arrangement is between you and them.

Featured and spotlight placements

Featured businesses, the weekly Business Spotlight, Creator of the Week and Author Spotlight are chosen by our team. They are not paid advertising. If we ever offer paid placements, they will be clearly labeled.

Links to buy books and visit websites

Links lead to sites run by others. Rooted does not currently earn money from these links. If that changes, we will say so here.

Copyright and takedown

Only upload photos, logos and book covers you own or have permission to use. If you believe something on Rooted uses your work without permission, send a request or email rootedcommunity@yahoo.com with a link to the content. We will review it promptly and remove content that infringes.

Review guidelines

• Write about a genuine experience you had with the business.
• No fake, paid or incentivized reviews, and no reviews of your own business or a competitor.
• No abusive, hateful, discriminatory or harassing language.
• No personal information, such as phone numbers or home addresses.
• No ads or links promoting other businesses.

Every review is checked by our team before it appears, and reviews that break these rules are declined or removed. Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not Rooted.

AI Business Assistant and recommendations

The assistant and "recommended for you" suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Always confirm details with the business.
